Long answer:

We’ve put new procedures in place to make sure the business is 100% operational, while keeping everyone protected.

Our team is working from home. We know many of you are, too.

Right now, we’re focusing on connection. You’ll probably be hearing from us more often. We’ll be offering more touchpoints, more frequent updates, and more ways to connect online. It’s important to us, and you are important to us.

As you find your feet, rest assured we are continuing all projects, deliveries, and installations, along with meetings and even showroom tours (virtually, of course).

New Orders

We are receiving, packing, and shipping new orders daily. Worldwide.

Currently, there are no disruptions to manufacturing, and our warehouses in Chicago and Poland are fully operational, and well-stocked. As for now, we are able to ship out your order, no matter how big or small, the same or next day.

Existing Orders

At this time, all existing orders are tracking toward their established delivery dates. Any changes will be communicated to you right away by our customer team. It is also important that you let us know if you need to postpone one of your already placed orders.

Meetings & Virtual Tours

Working at home has its benefits. We’ll be hosting virtual meetups through a webinar platform. Reach out to your account manager to learn more how we’re conducting studio tours and product demos. It’s fun!
